This vinegar is made from small variety apples ripened in natural meadow orchards. Its intense, tart aroma and fruity acidity develop during its three-year minimum maturation in oak casks.
Pairs magnificently with pumpkin seed oil; goes especially well with all leaf lettuces, beans, cucumbers, cauliflower, radish, cabbage; use on cold meat salads, cured meats - or sprinkle a few drops on prime boiled beef.
