Peter Schloffer - Exquisite oils

Master presser Peter Schloffer

If you want something special, you cannot be satisfied with the first that comes along. That is why we are very selective when it comes to the raw materials we use. Only those seeds and nuts of chosen fine, flawless quality, the ones you personally would want for snacking, are selected for our exquisite oils.

It all began with flax seeds, walnuts and rapeseed. Today, we at Fandler Oil Mill press not only native oil seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and grape seeds. We also use Mediterranean oil fruits for their exquisite oils, including almonds or more exotic types such as macadamia nuts, peanuts and sesame.

We buy oil fruits that grow in our climatic conditions directly from the farm. Freshly shelled walnuts are delivered almost daily to us here in Pöllau by hard-working gatherers. We purchase exotic kernels from long-time partners in those parts of the world where they flourish.

This is the basis for the production of our oils - because only the best kernels yield the extraordinary plant oils that play a valuable role in your health!
