A Passion for 4 Generations

To capture the power of nature in its entirety, you need a keen instinct, a connection with the earth, and inspiration found in gentle hills, luscious meadows, rich green forests and fertile fields. The soil of the Pöllauer Valley, where my family has passionately lived and worked for generations, is rich in tradition. In this centuries-old cultural region, we give time to the things that need it. We let the fruits ripen at their own pace and wait patiently until it is time to unlock their most incredible secret: their precious oil.

What was started by my great-grandfather was nurtured by my grandparents and father. With hard work, love and a wealth of ideas, they dedicated themselves to making the finest Fandler natural oils. It is my most splendid mission to carry on this wonderful family tradition.
