All of our oils are cold-pressed, with the exception of ourpumpkin seed oil - because pumpkin seeds need a slightly higher temperature to release their rich green, smooth oil.   Without exception, all of our oils are 100% single-varietal, i.e. pressed 100% from the oil fruit for which it is named, and are freshly extracted on an ongoing basis by means of stamping presses. They are full and natural in their fragrance, flavour and colour, are neither filtered nor refined and contain no additives.
