7. Delivery date

We ship orders via the fastest method, by parcel service, post or shipping company - generally within a few days. We reserve the right to select the dispatch company. Please note that delivery time is dependent on the dispatch company, we have no control over it and therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date.

 
Deliveries are made Mon. - Fri. latest by 5:00 pm
 

For your security, a signature is required for delivery acceptance.
If you are not available at the destination address, you will be notified and your package will be available at the closest parcel shop.
To save you unnecessary time and travel, we ask you to use the "alternative delivery information" option. Enter an address (e.g. your work, reliable neighbours,…) for an alternate delivery destination during the day.
